SARS Registrations & Secretarial Services

South African Revenue Services (SARS) systems and procedures have changed over the years according to government implemented regulations. Our dedicated team continue to empower themselves to keep up to date with processes to ensure the deliverance of excellent service to our much valued clientele.

Apart from in-house compiling of documentation and online registrations, we provide representatives who will accompany you to the SARS offices or visit on your behalf to get all your requests met.

Newly registered companies automatically receive an Income Tax number. However, any further registrations, depending on the nature of your business and tax paying obligations, we assist you to uphold your duty as a law-abiding South African citizen.

We offer the following options:

  • Value Added Tax (VAT) – the 15% levied rate on supply of goods & services by registered vendor
  • Pay As You Earn (PAYE) – tax deducted monthly from an employee’s income. Once an entity has employees, PAYE registration is an obligation.
  • Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF) – payable monthly by employers at 1% and employees at 1% of employees remuneration.
  • Skills Development Levy (SDL) – payable by employers at a rate of 1% of the remuneration salary paid to employees.
  • Personal Income Tax – if you earn more than a specific amount determined annually by the Government, you are liable to pay
  • Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC) – proof that taxpayer has no outstanding returns or tax debts.
